AI-Powered Cyber Threat Intelligence: Predictive Security for Next-Generation Networks
Abstract
Cyber threats are evolving rapidly, requiring intelligent and adaptive security mechanisms. This paper introduces an AI-powered cyber threat intelligence framework that utilizes machine learning models to detect, predict, and mitigate cyberattacks in real-time. We propose a hybrid approach combining supervised learning, anomaly detection, and natural language processing (NLP) for threat analysis and response automation. Using large-scale security datasets, we evaluate the framework’s effectiveness in identifying emerging threats and reducing response time. The study also discusses adversarial attacks on AI-based cybersecurity systems and potential countermeasures.
