AI-Powered Precision Agriculture: Optimizing Crop Yield with Smart Farming Technologies
Abstract
Precision agriculture is revolutionizing farming by leveraging AI to enhance productivity and sustainability. This paper presents an AI-driven approach to optimizing crop yield through predictive analytics, computer vision, and IoT-based monitoring. We propose a smart farming system that integrates satellite imagery, soil sensors, and deep learning models to provide real-time insights into soil health, pest control, and irrigation management. Experimental validation on agricultural datasets demonstrates significant improvements in resource efficiency and yield prediction accuracy. Challenges related to data availability, technology adoption, and cost-effectiveness are also explored.
